I have always loved Saltwater State Park. I have been coming here for most of my life. My family used to have family reunions here. It has always held a great place in my heart and it always will. This nature writing project has allowed me to take a location that I have been to so many times and look at it in a new way. I feel like I understand and appreciate this beach more now than I ever have. The beach may not have changed much during the four weeks of observations for this project but since I was a child, it has changed so much.
